Art Therapy Group Programming & Facilitation

Art Therapy Group Programming can be offered in a limited series and/or open-ended series, custom-tailored for your organization. Facilitated virtually or on-site.

Art therapy groups offer organizations a supportive and accessible way to promote emotional well-being, connection, and resilience within their communities. Through guided creative processes, participants can explore emotions, reduce stress, build self-awareness, and connect with others in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Group art therapy can be especially valuable for individuals who may find it difficult to express themselves verbally, and can support mental health, community engagement, and overall quality of life across diverse populations.
